Hardware Mugs

This line of stacking stoneware mugs are hybrids. Varioushardware, from a ubiquitous glass knob to ornate Victorianhandles, are cast in ceramic and mounted on a proprietary, flat-sided mug. The resulting collection is both functional and fresh.Each mug has a distinct personality but as a group they make animpressive display.

Some of the hardware has provenance, such as a handle andknob from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, or a door handle froma 1935 Ford, others are collected for their unique forms orfunctional properties.

Hardware Mugs come in two sizes, a small mug that is perfectfor coffee or tea, and a tall mug that holds a can of pop, a beeror any tall drink.

At the moment we are offering the Hardware Mugs in twoelemental glazes that were developed to accentuate all of thedetails. Jaleh Green (left) is a pale green, and Jaleh Blue (right)is a pale blue. These glazes go with everything, are made with aminimum of materials and pool in all of the crevices.
